In the scheduler, pick the Sugar Land office, the Cypress office or a video visit. First visits are often best in person so vitals and an exam can be done.

Pick your time
Open times show in real time. You create your Tebra account as you book, and intake and consent forms arrive by email.

Come in or log on
For an office visit, arrive about 10 minutes early with your ID, medication list and insurance card. For a video visit, open the link that arrives before your appointment. The new patients page has the full checklist.

The visit is self-pay today. Your insurance still applies to LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics labs, prescriptions at your pharmacy, imaging and referrals.

Do I need a referral or an account before I book?
No. New patients book directly, with no referral and no waitlist. You create your Tebra account as part of booking. Tebra is also our patient portal.
Can I book a video visit from this page?
Yes. Choose a video visit in the scheduler. You must be physically located in Texas at the time of the visit, and a link arrives before your appointment. See how telehealth visits work.
When do I pay for the visit?
Payment is collected at the visit by cash, card, HSA or FSA, and you receive an itemized receipt. Most visits are $125, or $175 when you need a controlled substance. The visit is self-pay while insurance credentialing is in progress. See pricing.
What happens after I book?
A confirmation is sent by email and text. Intake and consent forms arrive by email, and completing them before your visit keeps check-in quick. For an office visit, arrive about 10 minutes early. The new patients page lists what to bring.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Either office can help by phone. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a fee of up to the visit price.
What if I do not see a time that works?
Call the office closest to you: Sugar Land at (713) 597-7689 or Cypress at (713) 574-9646. The scheduler shows open times in real time, and sick visits are scheduled the same week whenever the calendar allows.
