Choose an in-person time at the Cypress office or a video slot. Intake and consent forms arrive by email so the visit starts on time.

Photo ID, your medication list, and your insurance card. The visit itself is self-pay, and the card is used for labs, prescriptions and referrals.

30 minutes with Dorothy
A conversation about what brought you in, your history and what you want to change. Exams and vitals happen here in the office.

Prescriptions and labs
Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose. Lab orders go to LabCorp, where your insurance applies. Results are reviewed with you.

Patients along US-290 come to the Northwest Freeway office when something needs a hands-on look: a sick visit with a strep test or ear exam, an annual physical, or a chronic care check for diabetes, blood pressure or thyroid. Mental health, women's health and HRT, men's health and TRT and GLP-1 weight loss visits are available here too. Each visit is a 30-minute appointment with Dorothy.

Anxiety, depression and insomnia treated in primary care, with medication management when appropriate.
Women's Health and HRT
Hormone replacement therapy, birth control, UTI and yeast infection care, and annual bloodwork.
Men's Health and TRT
Testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, hair loss and preventive screening.
Medical Weight Loss
GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound, with labs and follow-up visits.

Are you accepting new patients in Cypress?

Can I skip the drive on 290 and do a video visit?
Yes. Anyone physically in Texas can book a video visit with the same provider. Physicals and exams that need hands-on evaluation are done in the office.
