Refills, follow-ups, sick visits without a physical exam, mental health check-ins and weight loss appointments are routinely done by video. Physicals and anything that needs hands-on evaluation are done in the office.

The visit is self-pay today. Your insurance still applies to LabCorp labs, prescriptions at your pharmacy, imaging and referrals.

Is every service available at both offices?
Yes. Every service on this page is offered at the Sugar Land office and the Cypress office, and most are also available by video for patients in Texas.
Do I need a separate visit for each concern?
No. A 30-minute appointment leaves room for more than one concern. Bring your list.
Do you order labs and imaging?
Yes. Lab work is ordered through LabCorp and imaging is ordered at a facility that accepts your insurance. Results are reviewed with you.
Can you refer me to a specialist?
Yes. When a concern needs a specialist, we send the referral and the relevant records so the next appointment starts with context.
