Yes. Texas requires nurse practitioners to prescribe under a prescriptive authority agreement with a licensed physician, and Dorothy has one in place. Labs are ordered through LabCorp. Go to any LabCorp location; your insurance is billed there, or you can choose their self-pay rate.

Results are reviewed with you at a follow-up visit or by portal message, with an explanation of what they mean.
