What we treat

What a primary care visit includes.

Prescription refills

Maintenance medications reviewed and refilled at your visit, sent to the pharmacy you choose. Established patients can request refills between visits through the portal.

Referrals

When a specialist is the right call, the referral and your records go out the same day so the next appointment starts with context.

Lab orders and review

Bloodwork ordered through LabCorp, where your insurance applies. Results are explained in plain language, with a plan.

Sick visits

Infections, colds, rashes and the things that cannot wait. Same-week appointments whenever the calendar allows.

Ongoing conditions

Blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol and asthma, followed by one provider who notices the trend.

Preventive care

Annual physicals, screening reviews and vaccination guidance so problems are found early or avoided.

Sugar Land and Fort Bend County

This visit in Sugar Land

Establishing care at the Sugar Land office starts with a scheduled 30-minute appointment where Dorothy reviews your history, your medications and what you want to change. Refills go to the pharmacy you name, labs are drawn at any LabCorp location near you, and follow-ups can be in person or by video. The office serves patients across Fort Bend County.

Cypress and Northwest Houston

This visit in Cypress

A first primary care visit at the Cypress office covers your history, current medications and a written plan, with 30 minutes on the schedule. Established patients can handle many follow-ups and refill reviews by video and come in when an exam is needed. The office sits right on US-290.

Refills

Prescription refills, without the runaround.

Bring your medication list or your bottles to the first visit. Dorothy reviews every medication, confirms doses and interactions, and sends refills to the pharmacy you name. After that, refills are handled at follow-up visits or through the patient portal for established patients.

Controlled substances follow Texas and federal rules and are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Some situations require an in-person evaluation before a prescription can be written.

Referrals

Specialist referrals with your story attached.

When a concern needs cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology, gastroenterology or another specialty, we send the referral along with the notes, labs and imaging that led to it. You choose a specialist who takes your insurance, and we stay in the loop on what they find.
