Your first visit
Choose an in-person time at the Sugar Land office or a video slot. Intake and consent forms arrive by email so the visit starts on time.
Photo ID, your medication list, and your insurance card. The visit itself is self-pay, and the card is used for labs, prescriptions and referrals.
A conversation about what brought you in, your history and what you want to change. Exams and vitals happen here in the office.
Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose. Lab orders go to LabCorp, where your insurance applies. Results are reviewed with you.

At the Branford Place office, Dorothy sees Fort Bend County patients for sick visits, annual physicals and chronic care for diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid. She also handles mental health, women's health and HRT, men's health and TRT and GLP-1 weight loss here. Every visit is a 30-minute appointment.

Diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, asthma and cholesterol managed by the same provider at every visit.

Anxiety, depression and insomnia treated in primary care, with medication management when appropriate.
Hormone replacement therapy, birth control, UTI and yeast infection care, and annual bloodwork.
Testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, hair loss and preventive screening.
GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound, with labs and follow-up visits.

Dorothy started her career in the emergency room in 2007. She founded RareKare around one idea: a 30-minute appointment with a provider who knows your history. Every visit at either office, and every video visit, is with her.
Areas we serve
The Sugar Land office serves patients across Fort Bend County. It is convenient for the Sugar Land master-planned communities such as First Colony, Telfair, Riverstone, New Territory and Greatwood, and for neighbors in Missouri City, Stafford, Meadows Place and Sienna.
Patients from Richmond, Rosenberg and Pecan Grove use this office as well. If you are farther out, a video visit gets you the same provider without the drive.

Yes. The Sugar Land office serves all of Fort Bend County, including Missouri City, Stafford, Richmond, Rosenberg, Meadows Place and Sienna. If you live closer to US-290, the Cypress office may be the shorter drive.
No. New patients book directly online through Tebra or call the office. There is no waitlist.
Sick visits are scheduled the same week whenever the calendar allows. Book online to see the earliest open time, or call the Sugar Land office and we will find the soonest slot.
Not yet for the visit itself. Credentialing is in progress. Each visit is self-pay with an itemized receipt, and your insurance still applies to LabCorp labs, prescriptions at your pharmacy, imaging and referrals.
