Dorothy began her career in emergency medicine in 2007. Years in the ER taught her two things that shape how she practices today: how to recognize what is serious quickly, and how much gets missed when a visit ends before the questions start.
She founded RareKare as a telehealth practice serving Texas, Florida and New York, built around 30-minute appointments and a single provider who knows each patient. RareKare Primary Care brings that same approach to two physical offices in the Houston area, in Sugar Land and Cypress, for patients who want to be seen in person.
